Ecomleads provides digital educational resources, including eBooks, learning bundles, online training courses and audio training. All products are supplied digitally; no physical goods are shipped.

Each product is described on its product page. You are responsible for reviewing the description, format, access terms and price before completing a purchase.

Product availability is indicated on each product page. We reserve the right to add, remove or modify products at any time without prior notice.

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR) unless explicitly indicated otherwise. ECOMLEADS (PTY) LTD is not currently registered for VAT and does not separately charge VAT. The total payable amount is displayed before you confirm an order.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully confirmed. We may decline an order at our discretion, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

Payments are intended to be processed through PayFast, subject to merchant approval and successful technical integration. Digital products are released only after verified payment confirmation.

After successful payment, access to your purchased materials is delivered through secure download links, course enrolment or email instructions. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.

All products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or otherwise transfer the materials without written permission from Ecomleads.

Where a product requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Course access duration and any download restrictions are stated on the relevant product page before purchase. Access is granted to the named purchaser and may not be shared.

Refund and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, read together with applicable South African consumer law.

We acknowledge enquiries and complaints within 24 hours of receipt. See our Customer Support page for contact details and our support commitment.

While we aim to keep the website accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We are not liable for access interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Educational products do not guarantee employment, business revenue or financial outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, application and circumstances.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African consumer legislation.
