Digital Delivery Policy

Depending on the product purchased, delivery may occur through:

• A secure download link emailed to the purchaser;
• Access to a registered online learning account;
• Automated course enrolment;
• An email containing instructions for accessing audio training or learning materials.

You must provide an accurate email address at checkout so we can deliver your access details.

Delivery is intended to be immediate after confirmed payment. However, email filtering, internet connectivity, payment verification or temporary technical interruptions may affect receipt.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If access is still missing, contact Roisaacs@EComleads.co.za. We will acknowledge delivery problems within 24 hours and work to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative remedy.

No physical shipping charges apply. Course access duration and any download restrictions are clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
