Payment and Security Policy

Products are priced in South African rand (ZAR) unless explicitly indicated otherwise. The total amount you will pay is displayed before you confirm an order, so there are no surprises at checkout.

ECOMLEADS (PTY) LTD is not currently registered for VAT and does not separately charge VAT. Prices shown are the prices you pay.

Ecomleads intends to accept online payments through PayFast, subject to merchant approval and successful technical integration. When PayFast processes a payment, you are directed to PayFast's own secure payment process to complete it. Ecomleads does not take or store your card details directly — they are entered on PayFast's hosted payment pages.

Ecomleads will never ask you to disclose your payment card PIN, CVV or online banking password through our website contact forms, emails or support conversations. If anyone claiming to represent Ecomleads asks for these details, do not share them and contact us directly at Roisaacs@EComleads.co.za.

Digital products are released only after verified payment confirmation. This means the payment provider has confirmed the funds, not merely that a checkout page was reached.

The payment methods available depend on the facilities enabled by the payment provider. International payment capability must be verified before it is activated. If your financial institution applies currency conversion charges, those charges may apply in addition to the ZAR price shown.

We do not claim PCI certification or specific encryption standards unless independently verified. We do not display PayFast logos or accepted card logos until authorised and technically applicable. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by Ecomleads.

All Ecomleads products at launch are once-off purchases. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions or automatic renewals unless a product explicitly states otherwise.
