Cancellation Policy

Where payment has not been completed, you may abandon the checkout process without being charged.

Where payment has been completed, cancellation requests will be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy, the nature and delivery status of the digital product, and applicable statutory rights. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Where legislation provides a cancellation right, Ecomleads will honour that right.

You may request closure of your learning account, subject to lawful record-retention obligations and any outstanding contractual matters.
